Your questions, answered.
Per our Terms and Conditions and the rules of the challenge, if a funded account is breached or any of the required criteria are not met, the account will be deactivated. In such cases, you will not be eligible to claim any rewards.

What is a Prop Firm or Capital Management Group?
A prop firm provides traders with access to the firm’s capital, allowing them to apply their own market strategies and earn a share of the profits generated. Traditionally, these firms were exclusive brick-and-mortar establishments, requiring substantial upfront capital from traders and offering access primarily to those with significant experience. These barriers have historically made prop trading inaccessible for most retail traders.
At Player Profit, we’re redefining this model. Here’s how:
- Accessible Entry:
Unlike traditional firms, we allow sports traders to participate in our evaluation program remotely for a fraction of the cost typically required. No large capital contributions, no prohibitive barriers—just a straightforward opportunity for traders to prove their profitability. - Inclusive and Scalable Model:
All trading takes place on virtual demo accounts, enabling us to maintain robust risk management across the platform. This structure not only protects the firm but also creates an environment where more traders can succeed without the pressures of risking personal funds.
At Player Profit, we focus on what matters most: your ability to develop and execute a profitable strategy. Our approach eliminates outdated obstacles and creates a pathway for traders of all backgrounds to access the tools, capital, and opportunity needed to succeed.
Who Can Join PP?
We accept traders from anywhere in the world. We do not have any special qualifications required other than that users must be over the age of 18 years old, that you understand the risks, rules and regulations, our refund policy, and the terms of use / conditions as well as understand the challenge rules and verification phases.
Why has my trade not settled yet?
At Player Profit, we prioritize accuracy and fairness when grading your picks. While most trades are settled quickly, some delays can occur due to our reliance on official data providers. Below, we break down how grading works, why some trades may remain open, and what to do if you're waiting on a result.
How Long Does Trade Grading Take?
Our system aims to grade most picks promptly, but grading times depend on the type of pick and the availability of verified data. Here's what to expect:
Standard Grading Times
- Moneyline, Spreads, Totals (Over/Under):
Typically graded within 15 minutes of the game ending—provided all official sources report consistent results. In rare cases, grading may take up to 2 hours. - Props & Futures:
Usually settled within 1–2 hours after the event concludes. Longer delays may occur if data inconsistencies arise. - Quarter Picks & Live Props:
Graded once the specific quarter or event is complete. We require confirmation from at least three trusted data sources before grading.
Why Is My Pick Still Open?
There are several common reasons why a trade might remain in “open” status:
- The Game Isn’t Fully Completed
Even if the outcome is obvious, we wait for full game completion and official confirmation before grading. - Third-Party Data Lag
We rely on external data providers. If they experience delays or inconsistencies, your pick may be held until accurate info is confirmed. - Discrepancies in Official Scoring
Conflicting results from major sources may pause grading until scores are verified. - Manual Review Required
Some picks are flagged for manual review due to irregularities or incomplete data, which can extend grading time.
What You Can Do While Waiting
- Be Patient: Most open trades resolve within a short time. Delays often reflect our commitment to accuracy.
- Check Game Status: Make sure the event has officially concluded.
- Contact Support: If your pick hasn’t been graded after a reasonable period, feel free to reach out to our support team for an update.
Tips to Avoid Confusion
- Monitor Notifications: We'll notify you when your pick is graded or if a delay occurs.
- Know Your Pick Type: Props and live bets often take longer to verify than standard wagers.
- Understand Grading Logic: Grading is based on verified stats—not on what "should have" happened.
Our Commitment
We understand that timely grading is important for your experience. That’s why we use multiple trusted data sources, implement strict verification processes, and maintain a cautious approach when discrepancies appear. This ensures all picks are settled fairly and accurately.
Am I Trading on a demo account or live account?
Simulated Environments
- In order to best service our clients, trading in all stages of the cooperation between Player Profit and the client is via a demo account.
- For the avoidance of any confusion, please keep in mind that a Simulated Funded Account is a fully simulated account with real odds provided from sportsbook providers. The sports trading data is sent off to a partnered proprietary trading firms & capital groups where trades are analzyzed, reviewed, and copied at their own discretion for use in their trading strategies are developed using the data.
NOTE: All Phase 1 & 2, as well as Simulated Funded Accounts, are routed through a simulated feed, therefore simulating real market conditions.
Disclaimer: Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs, in general, are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown. CFTC Rule 4.41
Am I allowed to use a VPN?
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, each account—whether part of the challenge or simulated funded program—must be operated solely by the individual who registered for it. To ensure compliance and accurate tracking, we strongly discourage the use of VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) or VPSs (Virtual Private Servers) when accessing your account.
This is standard practice for any platform that prohibits multiple users on a single account.
To clarify:
You are not outright banned from using a VPN or VPS. However, if any suspicious or potentially malicious activity is detected on your account, the use of a VPN or VPS may be considered a major factor in determining whether you've violated our Terms and Conditions—particularly in cases involving shared access or automated trading.
If you choose to use a VPN or VPS, you must still strictly follow all platform rules, including but not limited to:
- No shared or multiple-user account access
- No use of automated or algorithmic trading systems
Important: KYC/AML Verification Requirements
To protect customer data and maintain platform security, we require that all users disable any VPNs or VPSs when completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification process.
Using a VPN or VPS during KYC/AML verification may result in:
- Your account not receiving funded status
- Your funded account being suspended or revoked
This policy is non-negotiable. Connecting through a VPN or VPS during the identity verification process is a direct violation of our security standards and may lead to loss of account privileges.
We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant trading environment for all users. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Do I Tax My Rewards?
Once the contract is signed, you'll begin receiving your share of rewards earned through your PP Account. These payouts are considered taxable income. For U.S. residents, our HR and payroll provider will issue 1099 forms during tax season. International users are responsible for following and complying with their own local tax regulations.
Player Profit Players will receive the same account size they selected during their original Player Profit Challenge. Once you become a Player Profit Trader, you’ll be given access to a demo account with virtual funds, which is directly connected to our proprietary firm’s live trading account backed by real capital. This structure allows us to generate actual revenue while providing you with a seamless trading experience.
As a trader, you’re entitled to up to 70% of the profits generated on your Player Profit Account. Using a demo account setup simplifies operations and gives our firm the ability to manage risk dynamically across different markets.
Please note: we do not offer account upgrades after the challenge has started, so be sure to select the right account size when configuring your Player Profit Challenge.
The relationship between a Player Profit Trader and Player Profit is established through a Contract Agreement, which is signed after you successfully complete the Player Profit verification phases. Thisoutlines the responsibilities, rights, and obligations of both you and Player Profit.
What is the process of signing the contract?
Once you reach your Profit Target while staying within the Max Daily Loss and Max Loss limits, the Player Profit Identity section in your Client Area will be unlocked.
There, you can submit your personal details for verification by our compliance team:
- Personal accounts are typically verified within 1 business day
- Company accounts may take up to 3 business days
Once verified, your information will be securely stored in our HR system for future use—whether it's to manage your current Player Profit Account(s) or to sign new agreements.
The Reward Split on your Player Profit Account follows a rolling 30-day cycle. This means your first profit split becomes available 30 days after you begin trading on your funded account.
- For example, if you start on August 1st, your first Reward Split Day will be August 31st.
- If you start on April 15th, your first split will be available on May 15th.
You'll receive an email and a website notification when your withdrawal is ready for approval. Once you confirm your invoice, payouts are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Withdraw Options:
- Bank Wire Transfer
- Cryptocurrency
- PayPal
- Venmo
- CashApp
- Zelle
This structure ensures a sustainable funding model while continuing to reward strong performance.
Note: To help cover transfer fees, we have minimum payout thresholds:
- $20 minimum for bank wires
- $50 minimum for crypto withdrawals
In Phase 3, you have the option to roll over your profits every 30 days.
In Phases 1 & 2
Your daily drawdown limit is fixed and doesn't change, even if you make a profit. For example, on a $10,000 normal challenge, your daily drawdown is $1,000 (10% of your initial challenge balance) meaning your account can’t drop by $1,000 or more in a single day. Your daily loss meter will reset back to zero after 24 hours. If your account hits a drawdown of 15% or more from your highest balance, it will be automatically marked as failed, you cannot lose 15% or more of your all-time highest account balance. The max drawdown is calculated at any point during the duration of the account. These limits stay the same throughout the duration of the account.
In the Funded Phase
Phase 3 is when you start earning rewards. From the day you become funded, you’ll receive 70% of any rewards you generate, with payouts available every 30 days.
To become a Player Profit Player, you must successfully complete the 2-step Player Profit Evaluation.
Phase 1: Evaluation
You’ll be given access to a demo account where your goal is to increase the balance by 20%. To stay eligible, you must also avoid losing 15% or more of your highest account balance overall, or 10% or more in a single day. If you meet all the requirements, you’ll move on to the second and final step of the evaluation.
Phase 2: Evaluation
In Phase 2, you’ll have one final chance to prove your performance and consistency. The rules are the same as in Phase 1.
Phase 3: Funded
Once you successfully pass the Evaluation stage, you’ll become an official Player Profit Player. Before finalizing your PP Account contract, we’ll need to verify your identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) or KYB (Know Your Business) process. This includes submitting valid identification such as a passport, national ID, or driver’s license.
Finalizing the contract depends on completing this verification in line with Player Profit’s internal policies. We do not provide services to individuals who:
- Are listed on international sanctions lists
- Have a history of addiction
- Have criminal records related to financial crimes or terrorism
- Are under the age of 18
- Represent company trusts
- Have previously been banned for breaching a Player Profit Account Agreement
If any of these issues are discovered after an agreement is made, Player Profit reserves the right to terminate the contract.
Please note: we do not issue funded accounts based on past performance alone.
At Player Profit, we support your freedom to experiment, diversify, and scale your trading however you choose. You’re welcome to open as many trading accounts as you like, and there is no cap on the total amount of funding you can receive across those accounts.
This gives you full flexibility to:
- Run different strategies on separate accounts
- Scale your trading without restriction
- Tailor your approach to fit your style, risk tolerance, and goals
Whether you're managing one account or many, you're in full control. If you have any questions about managing multiple accounts or structuring your setup, our support team is always here to help.
Challenge Requirements
To successfully pass your Player Profit challenge and become eligible for a funded account, you must meet the following conditions:
Minimum Pick Requirement
- You must place a minimum of 20 picks during your challenge.
- These picks must be placed within the active challenge.
- This ensures we have enough data to properly evaluate.
20% Profit Condition (Pass Condition)
- You must increase your account by 20% in each evaluation phase.
- Reaching these targets without violating any failure conditions results in a pass and access to a funded account.
- Example: Start with 1,000 → must reach 1,200.
---
Account Rules
Your challenge will be voided and marked as a failure if any of the following risk parameters are broken:
10% Daily Drawdown
- You may not lose more than 10% or more of your initial challenge amount within a 24-hour period.
- For example, if your starting account is $1,000, you cannot lose $100 or more within the 24 hour period.
- This is calculated on a calendar-day basis from 4:00 AM to 4:00 AM Eastern Time.
- All picks that settle within that 24-hour window count toward your daily result, regardless of when they were placed.
- If your account experiences a loss exceeding 10% or more of your starting balance within that time frame, the challenge will be marked as failed.
15% Drawdown
- This rule tracks the highest level your account reaches during the challenge.
- You cannot lose 15% or more below your highest account balance.
- Example:
- High point = 1,300
- Trailing limit = 1,105
- If your account falls below 1,105, your challenge is failed.
- If a user is in the negative, the 15% rule is calculated based on their initial challenge balance.
- If the account loses 15% or more at any point, it will be failed immediately due to the Max Drawdown.
Important Notes
- Cheating, pick manipulation, or abusing glitches = permanent suspension + withheld rewards.
- For help, email [email protected] or open a ticket in Discord.
- Cashing out a pick incurs a 10% fee based on the original pick amount.
Summary
| Rule | Condition | Result |
- 20 Pick Minimum | Must be met | Required to Pass
- 10% Daily Drawdown | Reaching 10% or more in a 24 will result in failure | Fail if broken
- 15% Drawdown | Reaching 15% or more will result in failure | Fail if broken
- 20% Profit Target | Must be met | Pass condition
